Depending on your task and risk level one may be more suitable than the other. Earplugs are inserted into the ear canal, which can offer greater hearing protection, making them a good choice in areas of extreme noise. Because they are smaller, they are generally easier to wear with additional PPE such as head protection and safety goggles. Let’s take a look at the different types we have.
Corded Disposable PU Foam Ear Plugs
These Disposable PU Foam Ear plugs are designed for insertion into the ear canal to help reduce exposure to hazardous levels of noise and loud sound. Each set of plugs is supplied with a cord meaning you can insert and have corded.
Ear Plug Uncorded Disposable PU Foamed
The Disposable Uncorded Earplugs are made from high-quality low-pressure polyurethane foam that sits snug in the ear canal. The plugs are resistant to soil build up and prevent the build-up of dirt in and around the ear canal. The earplugs feature soft, hypoallergenic foam and a tapered design to fit comfortably in the earcanal.
Ear Plug Tri Flange Reuseable
Tri-Flange feature soft, flexible flanges adapt to the shape of the ear canal to comfortably reduce exposure to noise. The plastic stem allows the wearer to fit the earplugs quickly without touching the premoulded tips. Triple-flange design to help fit a variety of ear canal shapes and sizes with plastic grips that help insert ear tips and keep them clean, even when hands or gloves are dirty. They’re also reusable made with materials that can be washed.
Ear Muff
The Earmuffs are lightweight and robust general application earmuffs. The earmuff cups are filled with noise absorbent foam that protect your hearing from harmful noise. The padding on the outer edges of the earmuff cups provides excellent comfort when the earmuffs are worn for extended periods of time. Fully adjustable for small, medium, or large head sizes.
